I used to eat most of the time this tamarind which is grown at my home. I came to know it has lot of vitamins and proteins to fight with diseases. I am asking do you all eat this Manila Tamarind? It is also called as Jungle jalebi that means it is available in forests.
Anyone you know more information about these jungle Jalebis?

Per the thread I posted for New Gardener Mistakes, I mentioned thinning is one I have a hard time with & sometimes transplanting doesn't work.
What are some of your tips & tricks on transplanting? Some plants just do not like to be removed but I have found when I get extra soil around the plant & the plant itself is not disturbed, it tends to grow better. Albeit a bit stunted sometimes.

If links are not acceptable here, I apologize! I see some articles & figure they'd make a great conversation piece. For this one, it talks of mistakes beginners make in gardening. What are some you have made? What have you learned from it?
I tend to not thin my seedlings too well. I have a heavy hand with planting seeds & then have a hard time pulling up extras. For some, I have tried transplanting but they get too stunned.

What do you think of “storm chasers”?
They are professionals, for the most part, who literally chase storms. Most are to help us gain knowledge of how a storm works. Then there are those people who are no professionals & feel they can sit out there & videotape it or to see "just how" bad it can get!
Have you videotaped a storm before? How has the destruction been to any crop, flowers, plants you had?

I am surprised that this saint is growing wheat on his head. I am still not yet understanding how does this happened and why he wants to put on his head?

Going off of talking about thunder & lightning. Who likes thunderstorms?
I know they are needed but the loud ones with a bunch of lightning can be quite deafening & scary. Especially when it shakes the house. Not to mention furbabies get scared. I don’t mind them, as I said they are needed, I just try to focus on other things to get me & the furbabies through it.
Have you noticed your flowers, veggies, crops perk up when you have a storm that passed on through? Flipside, have you had devastation from perhaps high winds, hail?
