When new pesticides are developed and introduced, how are we to know the long term effects of these chemicals on a human body?

In these days everything used by pesticides unless we grow at home. The new pesticides are most dangerous if we not follow safety or the company didnot tested. I see lot of duplicate pesticides in the market so nothing will effect on human body.

I have seen some organic pesticides in the market, like Neem oil, but used only on some ocations. As per your query the newly built in laboratories so how come we know unless the manufacturer verifies it organic.

I have seen some in organic pesticides also called as organic, but they are scams.
