Wireless Water level Controller

Does anybody used wireless water controller for your homes? if so what was the price and how long did it survived?
I am looking for a new one to be purchased for my 4 floor bluiding.

There are more products online, but they are expensive and the low cost product may work for some months and then it get stucked. I have thought this one to build in the past, but haven't yet started.

In these days people are building like towers so why the laws had came here? In which part of India you live? I have seen so many online products so they must already those laws else online shopping sites wont allow them.
