What is this and how to prevent in FNQ?

I’ve planted tommy toe cheery toms, yet when I pull from plant when red there are tiny white worms around seed area.

They could be tomato fruitworms. Do you have a picture to send us? If it still is happening or you perhaps took a picture before. Then we can try to prevent it another time.
