Germinating seeds instead of tissue paper?

Can we use simple paper for germinating seeds instead of tissue paper? As I don't have tissue paper now at home.

No, it doesnot belongs to same quality, why do you want to do like that when their are more alternatives to Tissue paper.. Hermination can be done using small cups or germination tray as they were very easy to handle.
