There's ways to incorporate it. Juicing, doing smoothies are great ways. Just have to be creative. Some people add in i.e. zucchini or beets to cake mixes!

I eat only in functions and Hotels as they offer different vegetables than home. It is tough time to eat fruits or vegetables, but if you had a garden, then easy.
