Hi everyone,
I recently came across a video talking about something called electro-culture or the earth battery method. The idea is to put two different metals (usually copper and zinc) into the soil so the moist earth acts like an electrolyte and creates a very weak natural current. Some people claim this can improve plant growth, nutrient uptake, and even increase yields.

They also talk about:
- Using copper + zinc as a “golden pair”
- Placing the metals a meter or more apart
- Sometimes aligning them North–South
- Not putting them too close to roots
I’m curious:
- Has anyone here actually tried this in a garden or farm?
- What crops did you test it on?
- Did you notice any real difference compared to normal beds?
- Any problems like root damage or soil contamination?
