How to control of White flies?

My plant got infected with white flies and am unable to control it. I tried several ways by spraying soap water too, but still affected, any idea to regrow the plant as the leaves also becomming brown.

It is a small plant with 2 leaves so my suggestion is just dip it in the water and clean those white flies, once done soak the plant in warm area or under sun. Also you can clean with soap water or Neem oil so that it shouldn't get infected again. Take proper actions so it shouldn't reach another plant and total control on it.
