When do you harvest? I started some in my basement with grow lights. Thinking it would take 8 - 10 month's. But it's been 3 months since planting and its 3 feet tall.

What plants are they? do they have fruits or you asking about leafy vegetables?

Wait for the plant to be dried and you wil see ginger in the mud, but it usually takes more than 6 months for harvesting Ginger.
