RE: Japanese beetles - ZandraJoi - 04-10-2023 https://www.birdsandblooms.com/gardening/garden-bugs/japanese-beetle-control I know Japanese beetles are quite popular & invasive. There are some chemical as well as natural means to help control them. Do you have this problem? What have you done to manage this situation? How successful were you? RE: Japanese beetles - admin - 05-06-2023 Never heard about these Japanese Beetles because they may not available here. I have failed to control white insects most time so it is very hard for any insecticide. RE: Japanese beetles - Lämmchen - 02-11-2026 We have Japanese Beetles here and I hate them! They're almost decimated a maple bush we have in our front landscape and it's trying hard to hang onto life. We bought some granules to put in the lawn to kill them, but I think we need to remove the bush to fully eliminate them. RE: Japanese beetles - ramesh - 02-14-2026 Here, we don’t have much of a problem with Japanese beetle. When I was a child, I would occasionally see one or two on our rose plants, but never spread more than 2 to 3. In those days we didn’t use any pest control methods or really have much knowledge about managing them, and thankfully it was never a serious issue for us. |
