You can check the comments in that video and it is a shit. I too watched this type video and most said it is fake.
Don't waste time on youtube because in these days most of them are for views only than content.

If you have an old garden hose that's still somewhat okay, you can make a soaker hose! Just use a small drill bit or a hammer and nail to poke holes every 6 inches along its length. Cap the end, and snake it through your garden. It's not perfect, but it's a fantastic way to water deeply at the root level for free. It works best with low water pressure.

Pro Tip for all: Use a simple on/off timer valve between your tap and the homemade sprinkler to automate the watering!
