At the moment our plants are not affected, because we've just started gardening after a winter break in Ukraine, but very soon they will proliferate, I'm sure.

He he, don't think most girls are attracted to a red rose. Actually, they find it too cliche and overused :) So being a bit more inventive won't hurt :) But yes, I agree, red roses are extremely beautiful. But so are yellow, white, pink and so many more varieties. Hope we'll be allowed to...

He he, I'm sure everyone with vision would prefer a plot to an apartment without even thinking.

The seeds of the weed plants are carried around by the wind. It's hard to stop them completely, by you can reduce the weeds by keeping the area around your garden clean (if there is a chance to do so, of course).

My favorite plants to grow are all flowering plants. Daffodils, tulips and snowdrops are a pleasure to see in spring. Roses are a special treat, but they require quite a lot of work. Flowering bushes and shrubs are fantastic as well - jasmine, for example.

I don't think it would be a bad college degree, but of course it depends on a person. IF this is something they enjoy doing, there is no reason why they won't choose this path. I think landscaping is on depend at the moment. Won't it be a perfect job to design parks and gardens? :)

I don't have any farm in India, but I used to have a vegetable and fruit garden in Ukraine. My parents grow everything from onions, garlic, tomatoes, cucumber, potatoes, egg-plants, carrots to strawberries, raspberries , red and black currant and gooseberries. We also have a lot of fruit trees...
